Microwave-assisted green synthesis of ultrasmall fluorescent water-soluble silver nanoclusters and its application in chiral recognition of amino acids.
In this article, we established a fluorescent chiral recognition and detection method for cysteine based on the L-glutathione (L-GSH)-stabilized Ag nanoclusters (AgNCs) with high selectivity and sensitivity. A fast and green microwave (MW)-assisted strategy has been employed for synthesizing water-soluble fluorescent L-GSH-AgNCs. The reaction time was shortened from hours to several minutes. Th...
متن کاملSynthesis of highly stable fluorescent Ag nanocluster @ polymer nanoparticles in aqueous solution.
Water-soluble, highly stable fluorescent Ag nanoclusters have been synthesized using a novel core/shell solid polymer (PMMA/PMMA-PMAA) nanoparticles as a novel template. The photoluminescence, ultraviolet-visible absorption, X-ray photoelectron (XPS), laser desorption time of flight mass spectroscopies (LDI-ToF-MS) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were carried out to characterize the ...
متن کاملMicrowave-assisted synthesis of BSA-protected small gold nanoclusters and their fluorescence-enhanced sensing of silver(I) ions.
A one-step microwave-assisted method is used for the synthesis of small gold nanoclusters, Au(16)NCs@BSA, which are used as a fluorescence enhanced sensor for detection of silver(I) ions with high selectivity and sensitivity.
متن کاملA Facile and Green Biosynthesis of Silver Nanostructures by Aqueous Extract of Suaeda Acuminata after Microwave Assisted Extraction
In the present study, a simple, efficient and fast synthetic strategy was reported for the green biosynthesis of silver nanostructures (i.e. nanoroads and nanoparticles) by the extract of Suaeda Acuminata plant, without any catalyst, template or surfactant. Aqueous extracts were obtained by maceration and microwave assisted extraction (MAE) methods. In MAE procedure, the effec...
